문제는, 처음 회사 컴퓨터에 Teamviewer를 인스톨 할때 실수로 Commercial 로 인스톨을 했고,
Commercial의 경우 Trial 기간이 있어 그 기간 동안에만 Free로 사용할 수 있었던 경우였다.
그래서,
- Uninstall Teamviewer
- Program Files(x86) 폴더 안에 있는 Teamviwer 폴더 삭제
- File Explorer에서 %appdata% 입력한 후, Teamviewer 폴더 삭제
그러고 난 후에, 다시 인스톨 해도 Teamviewer는 계속 Commercial로 인식해서 계속 Trial period has expired라고 뜬다. 이유인 즉슨, Teamviewer에 Register 되어 있는 Computer의 Network Card의 Mac Address 때문이었다.
Mac Address가 같은 경우 같은 Computer로 인식하기 때문에 아무리 새로 인스톨 해도 Personal Use – Free license가 적용되지 않는다.
그래서 본질적 해결 방법은 위에서 제시한 3가지를 모두 하고,
Network Card의 Mac Address까지 변경해 주어야 한다.
Mac Address의 변경 방법은
- CMD 오픈하고, ipconfig /all 명령어를 입력후 Enter, 그리고 Pysical Address를 확인한다.
2. Control Panel 에 Network and Internet 클릭후 아래 화살표를 클릭한다.
3. 인터넷이 연결 되어 있는 Network Card를 선택후 우측클릭해서 Propertise를 선택한다.
